As the support for buying from smaller businesses increased dramatically in the past year, there was a sudden surge in demand for my online shop’s products - which I was not ready for. This led to me creating items to order, experiencing a lot of pressure and feeling as though I was letting people down due to longer turnaround times.
Rebecca helped me to identify the best products to focus on and to streamline some of my processes to ensure that I was making things which would give the best return and still offering a good service to my customers.
I was getting to the point where I was losing motivation for my business because I was frustrated and overwhelmed. Thanks to Rebecca, I am in love with my shop once again and I'm looking forward to developing it further with new direction.
I was a bit skeptical when a good friend recommended coaching to me, but as a former journalist, my curiosity got the better of me.
Although happily working in PR I couldn't shake the sense, that now in my mid-thirties, my life somehow wasn't as fulfilling as it could be, but I wasn't sure that life coaching would give me the answers to these 'big questions'.
Despite this, after a couple of sessions, I was surprised at how, using a range of coaching tools and techniques, Rebecca had helped me think about my life and my values. She had helped me to envision what I really wanted from my future and crucially helped me to establish what the next steps were. She had in effect guided me towards answering my own questions.
I wasn't too sure what to expect from life coaching, but after a text from a friend suggesting to try it I decided to give it a go.
I met with Rebecca and even after the first session I could tell this was going to be great. I never came to the sessions with one problem or on particular issue but after every session I felt motivated, organised and ready to take on new tasks. She has helped me immensely devise both personal and work solutions to align with my values.
I cannot recommend her enough, she has truly helped me more than she could know.
